Pain at the finger nodes of Right hand. At times having numbness at finger nodes. When left hand loose, seems relief.

I have diabetes iam 41 years old recently i checkup my tests but serunum uric acid is 7.1 is there any problem iam doing regular gym for 2 hours including cardio also . iam taking medicine gemeter 1mg half tablet morning and half night.

My TSH was 5.345 in April 2018 and then I was taking 75 MG of thyronorm and currently on 10 September 2018 my latest TSH value is 3.425 so should I reduce the dosage to 50 MG of thyronorm or to 25 MG?

Am 60 years old suffering from diabetes for the past 15 years. From the past 4 months am suffering severe pain In my ankle and toes. Doctor Said it’s Diabetic Neuropathy. With proper treatment my sugar level is 90-120 and HBA1C is 6.4 which at the time of the initial pain was sugar level 326 and HBA1C 12.4. But my pain hasn’t reduced a bit. After proper diagnosis now it shows that my beta Globulin level is 1.0 -2.0. What is the actual root cause for my pain?
