High FBS and Hba1c levels
Fbs 225 and hba1c 10.4 increase from 156 and 8.1 in last 6 months .on tablets glycomet 250 and semidiaonil twice a day.is it manageable with higher dose or will need insulin injection thank you

It is obvious the medication doses you are taking are sub-optimal levels and I wouldn't be expecting them to control your sugar levels unless and until you do maximum in terms of strict diet control as well as extensive exercise regimen. You need to consult with a doctor to have a discussion in terms of what you should be doing to put things right. If you do suffer from symptoms such as thirst, hunger, weakness , weight loss, etc, I would recommend getting started on Insulin. If you don't, I might be tempted to optimize you treatment , adopt adequate changes to your lifestyle and check your sugar levels again in 3 months time to see how much improvement you will have in your control. If you fail to do so then , I would definitely consider insulin then , no matter you have symptoms of high sugar levels or not.
