I have attached my blood I had tingling in legs so I got tested though in this I didn't do fasting blood sugar but hba1c is done so please tell do I have daiabeties and I don't have b12 deficiency but still my y my feet is tingling

Previously he was taking Glucomet 250..but not now.And he is loosing his weight and skin complexion also effecting.
