I have hypothyroidism and under medication. My vit D3 level is 8.6ng/ml and calcium is 6 mg /dl .both are deficient. Should i take supplement for both?

I am under treatment for diabetes for the past 5 years..i tested my sugar yesterday and noted 160 on fasting,300 on PP, 10.3 on HBA1C ..i feel due to lockdown,stress and poor diet management and exercise for the past one year. i am taking Amaryl M2 on morning and night..whether i need to change my medication?

I was feeling weakness and fatigue. I went to doctor he advised me for blood sugar test. First time I took the test for sugar level. Fasting- 106 PP-161 HbA1C-5. 3 I consulted with physician He has not advised any medication. Should I meet specialist? Do I need medications? Thanks.

If I control my hypothyroidism well will it cause cvd or any other disease later in life? Does hypothyroidism cause Chronic kidney disease?

I donated blood. My hemoglobin level increase to 18.6 from 18.2 in just few days. My BP is 150/89 and P = 87. I am worried about my blood platelets count. I studied online it should be in between 11-16gm/dL. I am not a drinker/smoker. I usually take soft-drinks. Other than that i am healthy guy (according to height/weight ratio). Please do tell am i normal? If not please suggest me what i can do to decrease the count.

Steady downward trend in body weight from 74 to 67 kg....age 63 OTHER DETAILS: Pre- diabetic stage, no loss of appetite,diet and food are regular, frequent piercing pain in right toe- feet joint for last ten years,BP is steady, experiencing regular fatigue,slight hearing loss... suddenly aging effect is distinctively visible. Is TSH level of 5.26 normal for a 26 year old male? I feel weakness and my body feels warm all the time like feverish. Some other symptoms I am having are frequent bowel movements, tremors in hands and trouble sleeping.
