My blood sugar levels are normal I am taking 500 mg metformin with 1 glimepiride per day All my reports are normal. however I have general body weakness and particularly after eating anything there is weakness in the joints and knees Even after taking vitamins and protein powders weakness still persists. All test include uric acid and rheumatoid arthritis test are normal Can you please tell me what could be the reason for this weakness or uneasy feeling in the
