Oxramet XR 10/500 has been advised. Can we take Glucreta M 10/500 ER or Zucapride M 500 mg SR can be taken and whether it is same of oxramet XR 10 /500

I like to know should we stop taking previous medications completely. Also when should consult the doctor again. I understand sir you are busy in helping many patient. You forgot to mention vitamin d supplements in prescription, our chemist recommended one so we took one. I hope it's not an issue because she has low vitamin D.

Hi, My mother having diabetes and high blood pressure. She already taking medicine suggested by doctors. From few weeks she having following symptoms: Dry Coughing while sleeping only Chest pain Shortness of breath while Coughing Tiredness No fever Most of the time stomach gas problems What i do.. And  which specialize doctors can cure my mom. She also having allergy of some of medicines.
