Daibatic and cholesterol patients problem is pe and ed please solve my problem suggest some medicine

Does this mean insulin resistance or pre-diabetes? Is this curable? I am also obese. Will this lead to diabetes? Can this be reversed?

Please check my suger report already doing exercise last month my hba1c is 5.2 and 3 mother before hba1c is 4.6 need to increase exercise???

My father aged 51 is suffering from High Blood Sugar since last 2-3 years. He tried several medications for Type 2 Diabetes like Glycomet Trio, Pioz 30 etc. but  Blood Sugar PP always remain 180+ So, I seriously think he may be suffering from LADA.(No Insulin Yet) 1. Low BMI since birth and always a thin, active guy,and NEVER had belly fat. 2. Insulin PP Came out to normal-34.7(Expected High in Type 2). 3. C Pep and Insulin Fasting also came to be normal near the lower range, 1.66 and 3.62 resp. So please advise and if my doubt is right, please advise confirmatory Diagnostics tests for LADA.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism (TSH-9.18) 6 months back doctor prescribed Thyronorm 50mcg along with that I am having excessive hairfall I lose upto 400 hairs when washed.. Today 7/3/2021 still my TSH level is- 9.63 My concern is why my TSH levels are not in control despite taking medicine... Also my hair is getting thinner day by day.
