Hello to all respected doctors, i have been dealing with the problem of fatigue, irritation, high touch sensitivity, anxiety, depression and brain fog symptoms for a long time, i have asked questions about them in a previous query but i saw a doctor and he said to get myself thyroid test done my TSH id 4.80 and my free t3 and t3 t4 are at normal range but many doctors and patients says that the optimal range of the thyroid is below 2.5 or 2 and for adult like myself who is 21 year old the range may also be different, is there any chance that this level of tsh is causing me the symptoms and what should be my next step, consulting a psychiatrist or an endocrinologist. (My tsh was 5.56 in 2024).

Have a random HBqAC Test and have HB1AC rading of 11.1 can it he cured with exercise and diet pls suggest

What is the life expectancy of type 1 diabetic patient is it same as normal person if he take insulin daily ? Is this disease sexually transmitted ?

My mother blood sugar level is fasting 76 and pp 102. She takes Amryal2 and Galvusmat 50/500 daily. Is this ok?.

I m 33 yrs. 94 kg weight, 157 cn height. My hba1c as of 27 march 2025 is 7.8. I do not want to take any medication. Kindly please tell me that i can reverse my hba1c back to normal range in 3 months via exercise , diet and weight loss.

TSH is 2.65 as on 15/4/2025. I am taking Thyronorm 50 mcg currently. Should I continue? I have no other symptoms. Sugar levels are fine. Please advise. Thanks.

Currently, i have minor bone dislocation in my left wrist and my hand bones are painful . My doctor wrote some tests and one of them was fasting glucose test. It came 95mg/dL. I get my body checkup done once a year and my fasting glucose always remains between 74 and 84 and last time in October my hba1c was 5.0. The medicine that i am taking for my wrist pain and inflammation and swelling is Diclofenac sodium, paracetamol & Serratiopeptidase tablets. After eating clean homemade food, why did my fasting glucose come to 95? I mean why does it increase?

Hi my wife is diagnosed with gestational diabetes, however out of diet her sugar levels are below 130 after meal , but only morning fasting level it is 95 or 96 or 98 sometimes 89 , Doctor advised to take Glycomet 250 mg if levels not decreased on diet , is fasting 98 is normal or should take medicine, she is currently 33 weeks of pregnant
