Hi I am 33 yrs, male... last year.. I was leading stressful life every day which resulted in type 2 diabetes... Though I do gym, yoga, sports quite frequently... I consulted 2 doctors and they saw my blood sugar report and they said I have type 2 diabetes.. I started taking below medicine.. Vildagliptim,metformin ,methycobal And it became normal after a consuming medicine.. But I heard another story from YouTube and other medical professionals... Like we can reverse the diabetes without medicine by strict diet, intermediate fasting, exercise, walk, yoga , meditation and stress less life.. I got diabetes last year... And am a t foodie, eat always junk, weekend occational beer , chips, tea, bread, buiscuits, yesterday I ate gobi manchuri... So my question is can I get my blood sugar to normal if I follow low carb diet, gym, walk, sports etc...

Hello.My dad is suffering from CAD,hypertension.And he is diabetic since 13 years.He had quite stressful activities this week.Is that glucose level normal at that time?Does this worsen the condition of 70% right coronary artery block in one day? CKD patient with creatine 2.0 . Regularly taking insulin shot(Lipusilin R) 3 times with basalog one but fasting sugar is always around 240.Taking regular medicine for diabeteyamd kidney but Body is completely weak.

I was taking Lipikind F at night Cetapin XR1000mg twice Lipaglyn 10 at night Oxra 10 mg twice Telma 20 mg at night Ganaton total capsule 1 at empty stomach Duphlac syp 30 ml at night Hetrazan 100mg three times a day Bandy plus on alternate day. Please suggest me what to do.

Respected sir/mam,  I want to know my father has high sugar.taking insuline everyday.so can I give him suger free in tea,chutney ext in everyday basis? Is it safe for him to use sugar-free everyday for long time as he has high sugar.

Hello, Past 2 month I have started taking glycomet 250 twice a days , before starting tablet mybweight was 70 kg , after started taking feel weight loss and checked after 2 month my weight was 65+ my butt's fat and body fat reduce as well face fat , before taking I done recommended test kidney ,liver and urine test ,cbc  which was normal ,  my hba1c reduce To 6 from 6.7 after one month  , is this tablet causing weight reduction, I did some diet as well like avoid white sugar and rice change to milet rice and reduce white rice etc . Recently got fever only for one day and controlled with tablet , as well throat pain control with antibiotics in three days , only mild cough was there . During this two month I got injury only finger and heald now . So is this cause of tablet , stress or injury on finger , please elaborate. I am keep on going with test making me more stress .

Hi I got my hba1c report yesterday and the result is 7.5. Kindly note that it was 10.3 when i got tested on 2/10/2021. I didnt take any medicines but i started physical excersises and controlled in food. Need your advise on the same. Thank you Murali
