My sugar level in fasting is 140 but post prandial is coming 251
Is it possible.or error in testing

Diagnoised with sugar 4months ago.
My sugar levels are at 190 and above always after food.
Not eating white rice, chapati.
Eating Jowar ki roti, one hour walk in evening, 10 min walk after food.
Not able to understand.
