I m taking ryzodeg 24 unit morning and evening and my sugar is in controlled but
due to financial condition not able to afford it now , please suggest any cheap alternative .also any combination with lantus is ok

Unfortunately there is no substitute to the injection RYZODEG ( combination of Aspart and degludec).
There are other cheaper insulin analogue available in the Market you can chose between them .
Eg . NOVOMIX 30 , Humalog mix 25 etc

Need more details related to other medicines list and blood sugars at different time..
Kindly consult...
Options like lantus at night.. premixed insulin in morning can be planned.. based on sugars and other medicines..
