My father is having diabetes from last many years. He us now 55 yrs old. He is getting boils all over the skin.Bt now his right leg is swollen due to boil. Pls advice

Hi Dr. i have been diagnosed with diabetic 2 yr s back n then my trygleserydes were 3k. And after medication it came down n i was normal but now again that count went to 1650 n Random Blood Sugar count pre lunch is 250. Can u help me with ways to reduce that trygleserydes count without insulin ?

Having diabetes . Also want to check out a lymp node in throat.i have acidity issues which is bad in night and I cannot sleep till 2 pm... Alcohol daily intake of 1 beer or 2 pegs of whiskey. Also I chew tobacco @ 10 to 15 times a day.
