Hair and weight gain problem
Since 15 there is too much of hair fall and i done the tyroid test the TSH is below the range i.e. 0.05 and i am using thyroxin tablet from past 3 yrs. So wat would you suggest me now.

My Tsh level i s 0.64
My TSH level is 0.64. I am currently taking Thyronorm 75.
Currently i am feeling extremely tired for no apparent reason. Unable to tolerate abnoramlly High/Low temperatures at all.
Do I need to change the dosage?

My TSH is 5. T3 & T4 are normal
What shud b my dietary restrictions and plan...how alarming is tsh 5??? I have already started taking D3 supplements as it was borderline....hv started a multi vitamin as well.
I am married with no kids. Doing hr job which is not that hectic.
