Mt mother Age 65 yrs old, is undergoing treatment of Hypertension and Diabetes type 2. Her Renal function tests , Ultrasound (whole abdomen pelvis and kidneys)are normal, HbA1c level is 11.8. Now doctor advised him tab Olmisartan40+Cilidipine 20--BD dose, tab Glimipride+Metformin 3/1000 BD dose and tab. Voglibose 0.3 mcg BD dose. Now Bp is in control(180/110 to 140/90). Blood sugar levels 150 fasting (morning) and 180 PP in night( after dinner). She falled in hypoglycemia 2 times in last month after this new prescribed medication, real cause of hypoglycemia was insufficient diet intake,other wise good response. What should we do...... 1. Re-adjustment of dose or 2. Change medicine 3. Doctor also prescribed aspirin 75+ Atovastatin10. Is it justifying when 2D ECHO is normal,LVEF 60℅.

Hi all, My TSH level is 4.01. I don't have any delays in my periods 30 days or any other symptoms for thoryid. Doctor suggested me to use thronorm 25mcg and now I see lot of changes in my body.. like delays in period and always feeling tired and low.. feeling little depressed and low all the time. Are these are side effects of the tablets.. Can someone suggest me what to do. Thanks Ramya
