HbA1c=10 and 243 just past <7and 145 no medicine since 20days on ayurvedic due to dilalimma should take both so skipped azuliz mf 500 mg bd pl suggest how to control or since I started today old dose regards

Hello...... You should take some antidiabetic medicine ,may it be Ayurvedic or some other.. Your blood glucose level is persistently high from long time... This high blood glucose level could lead to complication like nephropathy, retinopathy, neuropathy etc.. Which are irreversible.. Consult general physician.
