Hello mam. Having follicles in my ovaries. Paining alot in left side on the stomach. Not getting proper periods. Iam suffering from 1 year with this problem. Recently i scanned the ovary. Have follicles. Please how to decrease the pain and follicles. Give me a permanent solution. Thankyou..

I am 25 years old. Recently done my blood sugar test and the fasting report shows that it's 148. Mainly I don't like to eat sugary food still the report shows that my blood sugar level is high. Please help me. And suggest me how do I control my blood sugar level without​ having medicine.

Do we have to undergo any treatment as TSH tested is 10 which is more than the normal value (0.5-5)?

I've have been taking constant medication for diabetes form past 5 years and i didn't see any major improvement, even sometimes sugar level & blood pressure increases causing dizziness & Restlessness.
