I have gynecomastia in both of my chest, I can clearly found there are two little lumps in both chest, but iam very afraid to go for surgery,

Not all gynaecomastia need surgery.
Only the larger ones need cosmetic surgery.
You also need to get few hormones, liver and renal functions to know why you developed it and whether it will cause some issues in future.
