Hello... Your TSH is elevated.. Symtomps of hypothyroidism include weight gain, irregular periods, hair loss, intolerance to heat, fatiguability etc... But get full thyroid profile test done rather than TSH alone for diagnosis.. Exercise daily and take low glycemic index food... Consult general physician..
