My mother sugar level is 178 after food and creatinine s 1.7 .. is she n danger

My father(age 55) is suffering from diabetic pain in legs and sometimes he can't sleep at night. He takes insulin injections to control sugar levels. He has a history of heart problem too and one time had been in hospital for some heart related problem. He is taking some heart medications too. Now he took Mecobalamin 500 injections for 3 days and now feeling relief from pain. Can he continue to take Mecobalamin 500 tabs daily? I would also want to know that can he take Surbex Z tabs instead?

I am diabetic last.10 year but everything was good but last six month I hv left morning walk due to change in my job hv no time for morning walk and my hb1ac is 10.6 and fasting 208 and I am taking medicine gilimisi forte 4mg with one janumet 50/500 and one ppg.03 and same.combination with gilimisi forte 3 mg in the evening now what should I do . I do control.on sweet also.

My Blood Sugar level is around 150 on average and the SGPT and SGOT levels are 104 and 82 respecticely. I have not been on any sort of medications yet. My weight is 92 kgs and my hight is 5 feet 6 inch and my age is 30 yrs.
