My mother is in medication for past 7 years aftr she got operated for thyroid glands. Everything seems to be normal till fee days back. But few months back TSH value rose down to 0.06 and now it has reached to 84 when tested today. What does exactly is happening, Can anyone explain please???

I've diagnosed high blood sugar on 29th August 2017. (322mg/DL) PPS. And I've gone again FBS & RBS on 4th October 2017 it was FBS- 140 and PPS 205. Again gone to test on 22nd October 2017 FBS -170 & PPS 290. Why it goes high. I'm in everyday excrise & diet meal plan having millets. Pls give some suggestions. FBS urine sugar is 0.5 & PPS urine sugar is 1.5 .

I m having diabetes with Fasting fig 90 and PP 117 and i am taking medicine JANUVIA 100mg once daily before breakfast. I am taking the medicine for the last 7months and I am having immense pain in my palm joint and fingers with locking of fingers. Also I have pain in my left shoulder, knee joints etc.Please advise.

My mom takes 30 units of Lantis, and she took what w a s left of one of her pens which only had 10 units left. She had another full pen which was refrigerated and she waited til it got room temperature but she had forgot about the ten units she took a half an hour earlier and took 28units from the new pen. So she took 38 units altogether so I'm wondering if that will hurt her or something?
