Today I checked my diabetic level before breakfast it is 188 and after breakfast it is 360,please suggest good tablets for me

3 months back during my health checkup I had the following readings. T3: 103, T4: 9.1, TSH: 7.74 I was taking thyronorm : 25mg. Today I again did the Thyroid tests and the results are worse and as below T3: 99, T4: 9, TSH: 8.83 I did not take medicine for last couple of days. Please advice next course of action for me.
