Puffy face.Depression.Menstipation .Mestrual problem . Fat increased. Hair fall etc . What should I do now.

I have skin problems(pimples on my face and back)..my weight is 54kg.I consulted to an well known skin specialist and he asked me to test my blood.. from my blood report I came to know that my TSH level is 7.1 My doctor advised me to check and consult with an endocrinologist. Except the skin problem I have nothing any problems. Is my thyroid in alarming stage?

I am 67 year old diabetic patient I m using insulin from 4 years and having a tablet as well. Can I just use a tablet and stop using insulin. Please advice. I have high bp as well.

Baby born in sep after 5 days doctor checked for thyroid test it was 20.03 and after few days they again did blood test it was 23 again thy did after 2 weeks it was 7.59 and now again we did blood test it was TSH is 8.03 and FT4 is 1.20 is this normal for my baby ? Bcoz doctor is telling it is in borderline and need to do scan it seems please answer to my question we are so tensed regarding baby he is so active also.....

During my routine health check up have found, my fasting sugar level as 77 and post breakfast sugar level as 67. my doctor suggested some additional test for checking insulin levels. Fasting insulin level =22 Post break fast insluin level=54 and all other reports looks good. may i know what can be the reason my sugar level is low and what kind of diet i have to follow

I was on the implant many years ago. When i decided to come off it i had no periods for a year and started getting severe headaches, loss of awareness, digestive problems and mood swings. My doctor put me on Cilest to regulate my periods which worked but then i lost weight & Cilest started giving me severe headaches so i came off it completely. I came off it 6 months ago and once again i am having all the symptoms from not having periods again. Had blood & ultrasounds done & nothing shows
