Does tryglycerides tend to high when blood sample given after taking a cup of tea ,and before 7 hour i also eatmaggie and just before an half and hour of taking tea igave the blood sample,is it gives inaccurate result sir my tryglyceride level was show 329mg/dl please reply

My mother is suffering from Diabetes from last 5 years. She taking medicine- OZOMET PG2 twice a day . But from last 15 days her diabetes level increased suddenly like Before Meal - 320 & After meal - 426, but she don't feel any problem like polydipsia, polyurea etc. So what's the reason of sudden increase in Diabetes level..Please give me some suggestions to cure her...

Hi Sir, Am 32, got to know about my T2D last Jan and taking tablets...my Hba1c in April 6.4 and July 7.4 and currently taking Intaglip Vildagliptin 50mg twice a day (from this week taking only in the morning). Am always freling tired, so hungry earlier than my meals, dinner time and wanted to test with CGM...Please find the attached results about my last 2 days...please advise if this is High Glycemic variability or Reactive Hypoglycemia or due to medications? My Cpeptide results shown insulin secrecating more than normal. Please assist with me to get rid of Sugar fluctuations, tiredness and hungry...Note that I dont do any exercise as of now...not much body movement still it goes low(close to hypo).
