This is my level of insulin  and sugar.. Insulin fasting is 6.80 iu/ml Sugar fasting is 76.00 mg/dl Is this level serious ? I am too much worried about this. It is tested in the follicular phase. I am 23. (Other reports like dhea is 327.70 ug/ml ) I have also pcod. Please anyone give me relief.

Suffering from ulcers in both legs just approx 2 inch above ankles since last 3 months. Hba1c is 6.2, BS below 140 fasting and below 180 PP generally during last 3 months. What should be line of treatment and which is the best for local application.

He'llo doctor, I have issue on reducing buttock muscle tone and getting pain whenever sit on floor,unable to drive bike , some time feel nerver pain near tail bone area ended, and feeling anus is not tight closer normally due to that feel if I touch with finger it's insert depth instead it will be tight and difficult to insert finger inside on anus so diabetic causing this issue ? , I have diabetic less than 164 as random , so how to overcome , I tried with basic dose glycomet but got other issue like dryness skin and weight reduction etc , so how to resolve it , othe muscle area also feel flabby.

I have been diagnosed with a thyroid nodule in the left lobe. USG suggests it to be Tirads 3 and in US guided FNAC, it came back as benign (Bethesda 2). T4, T3 is normal but TSH is 5. Do I need to start any medication for thyroid? What should be next steps.

My fasting blood sugar at home -137 At lab - 97 PP at home- 197 At lab - 157 HBA1C- 7 Serum Creatinine- 0.6 mg/dl (rf. Rg 0.72-1.18) Leucocyte esterase - Positive + + + Pus Cells - 20-25 /hpf I don't have any symptoms of UTI. My fasting sugar always comes to 126-145 and PP 180-253 at home. This is the first time when it comes to the lower side in the lab test. Now I am super confused whether I am diabetic or not. Symptoms, whatever I am feeling nowadays- Blur visions, dizziness, tiredness and sometimes extreme hunger with dizziness, sweetness and shivering hands and the feeling of going to be faint. Please Clarify 🙏

Hi My fasting sugar is always between 102 to 117 range...not sure whether I need to go for any medicine..I checked in 3 times it is always in this range...please help ...
