Hi... I have Pcod & have had irregular periods from the first time I matured & have taken lot of medicines for the same. 3 months course, 6 months course & many other from years but hasn't helped. Am married & delivered my child in 2015 & November 2016 have got Copper-T inserted . Now still ve irregular & heavy bleeding...can something be done

I am 30year female trying to concieve. My t3 and t4 range is normal but today diagnosed with high tsh 6.78 (Normal range .35 to 5.50) .. will I need medication or this hypothyroidism will resolve by itself ? What are possible complications in conceiving with this condition? Plz help.
