I HAVE BEEN DIABETES AND THE SUGAR LEVEL NOT IN CONTROL SINCE LAST 2 MONTHS

I need suggestion for sugar above 700 how can we control that what should eat, exercises related to that,things which should be avoided, and many more important things or details regarding this problem

I take meprate 10mg for 7 days 2 tyms a day i have my periods within a 9 days at starting 2 drops are spotted but after 4th 5th day my period is heavy and didint stop for 12 days i consult gynacologist she prescribed same tablet is this normal or any side effects

My mother has diabetes since 2yrs. From past 1 week her morning blood sugar level before breakfast is 139 and after breakfast is 120. She is not on medication from last 6 months and does her excersice regularly. I just want to know that is it a serious issue?

I am having Health check up and its shows Vit D3 level 18 and TSH 7.54. 6 months before tsh was 5.39 and Vit D3 around 25. Also Last year Vit D3 10 and TSH 7.52. My Doc suggested to start on TSH which is lifetime. I want to ask you if I wait for Vit D3 to go up and see TSH level. Is it fine to just start Vit D3 and Not Thyroid tablets.

Is it safe for a diabetic person to eat sugarcane? Does it contain glucose?
