I recently had a test and got the following test results: Blood Sugar Fasting - 88 GLYCOSYLATED Hb (HbA1c) - 5.9 AVERAGE GLUCOSE - 122.63 _ So, as u can see my hba1c is in range of a pre-diabetic. So, please suggest. What should i do.

Hello, I have been diagnosed with PCOD and have been prescribed ginette 35. I take the pills regularly and have also started rigorous workouts for weight loss. My doubt is, will ginette be a hamper to the weight loss? Should I double efforts for weight loss due to consuming ginette?
