Thyroid level more than 150, please suggest me what to do, using tablets regularly but not coming down

Tab.Metformin 1000mg BD and Tab.Glimepiride tk be taken before meals after meals or during meals?

I have been suffering from Diabetes for last couple of years. Trying to maintain healthy sugar level through medicines but it keeps fluctuating between 125-150(Fasting). Taking medicines to keep it under control. Need second Medical advice. Pl suggest an Expert to control Sugar level. Thanks

Hi , From few days I am feeling thirsty with dried mouth and lips even though i am consuming enough water and also after eating lunch  feeling ( for at least half an hour ) dizzy n little weak with very very lite blurred vision ( I will eat lunch after a fasting for atleast  7 hrs ) .So I went for diabetes test i.e. post pardinal plasma 2hrs after lunch and the result is 135  is the result normal for a non diabetic ? Or it indicates pre diabetes . Thanks.

My wife suffering from high level of prolactin, i.e. 38.10 ng/ml, its causes infertility, I already contact 4 - 5 doctors for consultation but treatment is same - cabergoline 0.25 mg twice a week & other common medicine like consevel, hcg 10000 units injection & others.
