th running nose, even if the temperature of 25 degree and more i sneeze like hell. In night when i go off to bed in fan even it start running nose. Its going frequently now with me. Please tell me what to do?

I am student studying BCA. When I study for 5-10 minutes, my I feel like my brain is heavy on left and right, above ears.
