Whenever I laugh freely or stretch my mouth wide vertically, there seems to be stretch in some muscle/gland which is just below the chin. It causes immense pain temporarily and there is paralysing sensation in that part (part of body between chin and throat). What is the underlying reason? Is this dangerous?

Sinuaitis since 6 years

Have sinusitis since 6 yrs. I undergo a sinus surgery 4year back.it supress the effect.it comes after 2 months or more. Again from few weeks it started. Can't take it anymore. Suggest some antibiotics for fast relief. Then suggest what should I do ? Don't want any surgery :(

Identical lumps near ear

Throat pain

My throat is paining from last 4-5 days and since yesterday also feeling cold very much with slight fever. Started taking Azithromycin 500mg and combiflam since yesterday with salt gargle in hot water. Pls advice any other medicine to be taken or shall i consult ENT specialist for the same.
