Bad throat

I have bad throat and nose block. When I get this, I usually take Vozet + Levoflox. I have taken Levoflox for 2 days and infection has reduced, but I am getting continuos cough with some itching. I think that I need some cough syrup till full course of Levoflox for 5 days. Please recommend.

Does eardrum hole has to be operated by tympanoplasty? Or will the eardrum heal on its own? There are two holes in the eardrum and presence of otitis media is detected.

Sinus or allergy?

I suffer from a very bad cold. Water like fluid is eliminated out of my nose almost everyday mostly in cold weather or change of weather or in AC. Even if one drop of water gets in my nostrils I start sneezing and then I catch cold with watery fluid.its been around 5years I m suffering from this problem. is this sinus?

Tonsils problem.plz help.
