Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am experiencing a slight pain just below the right jawline. The pain is there when I swallow and more so if I press the area. However, I don't feel anything swollen. What might it be?

My mother has hearing problem since 15 days. She is diabetic too. She is not able to listen properly. We had consult ENT specialist too, she is on medication but no improvement. Initially fluid was coming out from the ear, after medication fluid movement has stopped but she is not able hear anything. Suggest something.

Did 2 Lab tests for FNAC, One is saying Reactive lymphadenitis Other is saying Tuberculous lymphadenitis Are these same ?? if no how much different are they from each other??

Respected Doctor, for the last 2 years I am not able to hear properly what people are saying. I am able to understand only after 2 3 times and I am doing lot of guess works to figure out what they are saying. This makes me feel dejected.
