Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I went to the doctor and they said I have a sinus infection and then I told them I've had a swollen lymph node just under my jaw in the submandibular region on the right side. She checked it and said that it's from the sinus infection, but the lymph node doesn't hurt at all. Could this really be from the infection or is it more serious. Also, on the left side just under the jaw things seem normal so I'm concerned it's something more serious.

While lying on bed, breathing problems, nose block and chest pain every day. This happens in night , I have BP -Hypertension. will it be related or will it be due to cold,cough

I get a sore throat every time I drink something cold. It develops into a running nose and finally into a fever. It all cures by itself in 4 days. However I also have a headache and feel very tired in these 4 days. This problem is for the past 2 years. Why is this happening? I have a running nose now. What are the cures?

Right under my jaw on my right side it feels like there is a mass in the submandibular region. On the left said there is something similar to it but it is not nearly as swollen. Could this be a tumor? I've had a cold so could it be swollen from the sickness. I've had no symptoms of anything and am in good health.

3 month ago i feel a hiss souns in my right ear ,then i consult a ent doc and get some medicine and i feel ok. but after some days the problem is again in my door. then i conault another ent dr and he said i need to an operation . i have a cholestetoma the sound hiss is sometime still now appear and i had an operation in 2009 in my left ear for mastoidic exploration

I am experiencing moderate pain in both the ears. some times i feel like something there in the years. when ever i used to talk in mobile i experiencing a lot of pain and can't even talk for five minutes also. please suggest necessary checkups and preventive steps.
