Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

2 days back, I saw that there is a bit of roughness inside my mouth..it is not visible but I can feel it whenever my tongue touches any part of inner cheek or lips. While eating I am finding the food spicy even though it is not. I am a smoker.

There is a ball like structure near ear that is painful to me.on first day it was 1 in number but now it appears to be 2. Please help me knowing what is dis and what should I do.

When i was 10 yrs old i had fallen from a height of 3 feet on the rear side of my head. since then there has been constant head spinning sensation. all these years i couldnt figure it out what exactly it is called. finally got to know i am suffering from vertigo. had visited an ENT specialist in Mumbai for which he had given me few tablets and certain visual exercise to be done. after the course the vertigo had completely stopped. but after two years it has started all over again and due to this i cannot concentrate on my studies or other things. my body language becomes unstable which is quite noticeable by others. Please help at the earliest.

I have sore throat sicnce 1 yr,when it become wrost i feel too much pain in foot plate,blood ,TB, HIV repaorts are normal,visited toom much dr all prescribed antibiotics but no relief

Last year I was constantly troubled with ear pain.Every 2 or 3 months I used to get it due to regular swimming and within few days I'm starting again.After consulting continuously for 3-4 month's with reputed  doctors one of them suggested that infection is due to the water getting logged in side so to dry,clean my ear use any hand-wash containing alcohol right after the pool when going for bath.So how safe is it to use alcohol containing hand wash for ears is there any other way to dry the ears? I would be continuing it for almost a year and when swimming I have a specially moulded ear plugs for my ear even then I'm being infected

My one side nose is blocked. Have very little cough. This disturbs my sleep. Suffering since 20 days. No fever. No other problem. Yes sleep disturbed.

My daughter, age 11 years, have ear pain sometimes and cannot stand loud noise. She presses her hand on her ears. She also has polyp in her noses.

My mother has blood coming out of her nose from the past 2 days. Its not as if blood if flowing but whenever she puts a towel to wipe her nose blood sticks to it.

Through out the day i will have phlegm in my throat and it's from 8 months and more. I am not having any cold, cough and any kind of irritation in throat. I don't drink even cold water and ice cream. After food specially i feel more and need to spit it out. My phlegm will be clear like water , but sometime in the morning it will be in Yellow color.

Impression:  Suggestion of bilateral maxillary sinusitis  Mucosal inflammatory change frontal, sphenoid sinuses and bilateral ethmoid air cells.  Mucosal approximation bilateral infundibulum.  Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy; right lamellar concha.  Nasal septal deviation to left. Anything serious?
