Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My son has a little tongue tie from birth.but he has no problem in speaking words like T.but many says his pronouncetion sometime not understandable.also cannot read fast.wat should i do.if operation whether  under GE or any laser option.preferance in kolkata or mumbai...thanks

Middle ear infection caused hole in my eardrum.. It is bleeding along with pus from 2days. I am already under medication for same. I wanted to ask for how many days it usually bleeds or pus comes out of ear? What are the reasons that might have caused middle ear infection? What are the precautions that i need to take for current treatment and for future care?

I had my ear operation on 1 march .I had been suffering from an ear infection from the past 1 year .a foul smelling yellow discharge used to come out from my ear. So for curing this infection I had an ear operation on 1 march even a part of my bone is removed due to this infection.but now after 15 days of my operation I am again noticing a yellow smelly discharge coming out from my ear .what can be the possible reason behind this ?

Prone to continuous sneezing while morning and while taking cold intakes . And also allergic to dust . Taken L montus tablet as suggested by an general physician and it gives a temporary relief. But it seems like creating a lot of side effects like dizziness and tiredness. Please suggest a proper treatment for this issue.

I've been suffering from hearing properly since more than 3 years. Once I have consulted doctor but even no result, till now am facing the problem.I am unable to hear to the person talking to me in low pitch r else any sound around me .Some times I get itching,water,pain,some sound from my ear.

I am using this tablet and gargle for 5 days. After throat infection, by using this tablet I get more cough out of the body.
