Hello....... It could be throat infection ... You may need antibiotics ... Gargle with salt water, use warm water ... Take steam inhalation for cold ...avoid oily foods ,ice cream ,outside food items , consult general physician in the nearest hospital ,after examination doctor will prescribe antibiotics.....
