I feel some thing on throat and difficult on respiratory.and stomach paining.and bathroom many times

I have nodes in my neck I catch cold really fast Sore throat is my problem I doono it may be sinus Please help

I've been having pain in my left ear since last morning. I was cleaning it the night before that and I think that is when the pain started. I consulted with a chemist and got ear drops. I put it last night but not much relief.
