Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir I am suffering from nasal infections every day night I am taking night montek lc regularly since 10 years but every morning when I am wake up nasal mucosa coming what I have to do I am also done septoplasty surgery

I have been seen an out of hours doctor twice this weekend I have a severely swollen gland severe earache headache it sounds like water in my ear every time you push on the swellingand slight temperature the doctor said it was a swollen salival gland with a suspected stone and given antibiotics but the swelling is getting worse doubled in size since yesterday and the pain is not going nothing is helping

Multiple cervical lymph enlarged with no constitutive symptoms. Dull aching pain.should i wait for it to grow bigger or is there any treatment for it

I have chronic dry cough since 2 to 3 years. i have tried homeopathic and alupethic medicines but didnt work for long run. it gets treated for sometime but then again after some months i get the same problem. is it due to some allergy? and also i get thirsty suddenly and till the time i dont drink some water my throat pains a bit and a cough continuously till that time.

Sir,my wife had operation of chronic sinusitis surgery in since 15 days before,can we met again to doctor because now she felling well but some time swelling and pain on face headache.what we can,or that's normal symptoms,can she continues medicine antibiotics and pain killers medicine,how long it will be taken medicine,how long recovery time of sinus surgery

Sir, I am suffering from frequent cold. I am very prone to cold conditions like A. C. Etc. It reapeats almost every month. Pls. Advice.

I stammer sometime in public speaking. and even in normal conditions, while I get tensed. Also in pronouncing world starting with "d" (ex.does),  "t" (ex.tax, technology),I stammer even in normal conditions sometime. (but not always) should I consult with a speech therapist or psychologist.

I  have pierced my nose last dec. After that every thing was going well. But mid march i got hurt on my nose during sleeping. So i removed my nosepin though some bleeding seen. Since then my left portion of nose is swolled and paining. I kept neem stick instead of nose pin so that piercing remains as it was.

I have inhaled a chewing gum and its not gone inside my lungs bcoz i can feel its stuck in my throat near my throat bone what should i do
