Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When running i am experiencing little burning sensation in my nostrils when i sneeze. Is it normal??

He is suffering from this throat infection from almost one year. He is unable to eat anything...And he is unable to breathe air. He Has no diabetes.he feels that these are his last days. I have been having shortness of breath in last 3 months. At first i thought it was just lung mucus built up.
