Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi. I'm an actor, singer, and teacher and I'm about to open up a musical here in a couple of days. I had a cold a little less than a week ago, and developed laryngitis as a result. I had to use it a little bit, but tried my best to be on vocal rest as I could, and I tried everything I could to make it recover quicker (eating apples, drinking warm tea with honey and lemon, using a humidifier when I went to bed). Now, my voice has mostly come back, but there is a bit of pain in the back of my throat, and whenever I talk or sing, I start getting lightheaded and dizzy if I go for more than a couple of minutes. I'm not sure if this is still due to the lasting effects of the cold, or if it developed from something more. I don't necessarily want to see a doctor, due to the cost, but I can if there's a need. Nosebleeding problem mainly in summer . 2to3 times per day ,i ve already taked treatment bt no result .

I had eustachian tube dysfunction two years back since than my ear are cracking and I have ringing sounds in my ear. Eustachian Ballon dilation surgery can treat this condition ? Please advice

For the 1st Tim I got nose bleed on February for 2 times.After that there is no such problem.again I got nose bleed in may just for 5 minutes (3 to 4 drops). Recently I am also getting stomach pain after and before eating my food.is tihis serious? What is the reason

I have been having pain from neck to mouth on the left side and I observed there is one glands in neck.

I am having cough for 8 to 10 days sometimes  when i cough a lot after that i feel difficulty in breathing .

I have been feeling a cut on my one inner side of the nose every time....seriously feels disgusting and it seems like an cut but i don not now what it is,,,,
