Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have feeling the pain in my ear and also some weird sounds i can hear in loud. It is not the first time with me.. Even in every year in monsoon season i face this problem . And sometimes a liquid also flows out from my ear.

I have been diagnosed by severe obstructive sleep apnea with 30/hr.My endoscopy showed high dns on left and spur on right nose with bulky tonsils with side collapse.Have been asked to get Septoplasty+TR+Tonsillectomy+Z-patatoplasty done. Looking for a second opinion.Pls advice.

I'm having sinus problem from 2 year. Always getting iritation because of running nose. Before 1 month it used to happen in the morning and evening. But now a day's I'm getting this problem most of the time in the day. So please suggest me some treatment for this.

I am facing my right eye and cheek is swollen and continuous cold and sputum i feel cold after taking bath every day, when ever exposed directly to AC, also experiencing irritation in mouth near nose holes

I have problem with my right ear. Always it's ringing a whistle sound in my right ear. In recent days it becomes worse that I can't able to hear properly with my right ear.the sound coming to ear is very less.i am  suffering with this problem from last 2 years. I already consulted an ENT specialist before and he given some medicines which didn't show any impact.please suggest me a solution.

Firstly I had cold from 28th of May 2017 after one week my nose getting dry and mucus came with blood in the morning only... I m suffering form 13 days

I had running nose nd cold.. Almost 20 days ago.. It was accompanied by ear pain (right) and reduced hearing.. Took hifenac d for 2 days and pain was cured.. But I still have issues in hearing... I felt better initially.. But now it is not improving... Feel some 50%of hearing has reduced... Please help..

My child frequently bleed from nose and its through only 1 nostril,this happens every week and sometimes within 2 ,3 days. Please suggest.

Pain in ear Little swelling inside ear Pain is contant, on every heartbeat it is paining. Any medicine?
