Phlegm problem
Hello I am male 28 years no smoking and drinking habits,but when cold occurred I try to bring phlegm forcely..Then only that time I have seen some blood in phlegm

don't do forceful expectoration. that will increase your problem.. show ENT to rule out any throat lump
