  4. After travel, had cold with ear problem.

After travel,had cold with ear problem
Travelled from bangalore to West godavari, immediately caught with Severe Cold and ear problem from 10days, now cold has been reduced but phlegm and ear problem(hearing myself louder) hasn't. Can u suggest the Remedy for my phlegm reduction and ear problem.

You’re suffering from a blocked Eustachian tube. Take steam, Do something that is called valsulva manoeuvre( search on youtube). U need mucolytics and expectorant medication. Consult online/physically for medicine/prescription.
