Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Heavy migrane cannot open my eye which treatment should i take homeo or alopathy. Please help me . Perfume smell ,smoking smell light noise all irritates

Nose starts running along with sneezing when there is dust and when there is cold weather .

I have pain in my left ear whenever I swallow or eat and with that it slightly pains in my left throat too

Few month ago , my right nose get block frequently due to coldness. When my body get warm this block is free. However, I find that my nose get bend more towards left. I heard that using nose filler will straighten nose. So, please tell name of some nose filler.

It was 2 am so could not visit a doctor and took a simple pain killer and it did not give me any relief for about 45 min and I was really suffering in pain so a family member had a fast acting pain killer Ketorol Dt and I took 2 and got relief in pain but my ear is stuffed and heavy. Pls Advise

Respected sir/madam I feel difficult in breathing, I'm getting burps also, no pain. Jus feeling difficult in breathing if I lay down I feel better. I have a soar throat from the past 3 days (maybe because of screaming too much during a sports match) and since yesterday evening I am unable to speak.
