Extremely sore throat

I started coughing 3 days back and consulted a doctor and took 4 doses of DOXT-SL in the last two days.She also gave me a cough syrup Ascoril-D.I also got fever the day before yesterday and took a crocin for it.I feel like vomiting after taking the cough syrup.Today my throat is totally sore and I'm not able to swallow properly.
