There is constant hissing sound in the left ear. and unable to hear properly. some time also feeling like dizziness

Hi This hissing sound is called tinnitus This tinnitus along with dizziness can be signs of some ailment of inner ear. You need to get investigated properly,you might require to do an audiometry also. So visit an ENT SPECIALIST doctor and get yourself examined thoroughly and start proper treatment accordingly.
