  4. Infected ear piercing. Out. pls help!

Hi sir I have got my ear pierced 1month back.. suddenly from last 2 days I am feeling pain in my ear lobe..I didn't find any puss till now but seems like the Pierced part is infected pls suggest some antibiotics to get pierced ear healed speedily. I have taken augmentin 625 but it didn't work out. Pls help
