Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm felling some thing is there in my throat near coller boan .And THis feeling is from Long back around 3 months . And from last 4 days i'm getting constant headche on left part of my head . Pain is flowing from my left back of head to front of head.

I am having problem hearing from my right ear. I cleand it this morning and put some warm salt water in it and from that it just sounds hallow and I'm not able to hear from it.

I had a bike accident 5 days ago. There are rashes in my left hand and an injury above my left eye and my eye was also injured slightly. 2days ago there was blood in my sputum while clearing my throat in the evening and following two morning the same case appeared. What may be the problem?

I am having cough since past 25days but from past 7 days while I cough I face problem in breathing for about a minute. I don't have any problem of breathing while I don't cough, no nose blockage. I consulted a doctor he said to get an x-ray of chest but it was clear.

Nose is dry and inside its red and paining sometimes dried blood .sneezing and coughing...............

Two weeks back my ear was paining so i consulted office doctor and he asked me to daily put two drops of cipla wax clean in my ear... Its been two weeks but now am not able to hear properly from my right ear... It feels blocked.

I had cough and runny nose 1 month ago as i caught a cold.But since that although the cold had subsided the cough is there along and also slight pain in the ear lower part whenevr i sip something cold like water or ice cream.

Sir I have sinus problem from adulthood. I have got check up and operation from PGI, Lko but no relief. So tell some measures..

My wife observed a small pea size lump below her left ear few months backs. Some of the symptoms are 1. It feels that something is stretching towards that lump. 2. Some time pain (minor) when there is infection in mouth. 3. Itching toward lump 4. Frequent change in size. 5. Pain in jaws. Pls advice me whom to consult for these kind of symptoms.
