Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir I have been suffering from ear pain throughout 2days, i have also taken medicine but there is no relief, please help as soon

SINCE MORNING I AM FEELING PRESSURE & PAIN IN LEFT EAR. I CLEANED MY EAR & FOUND WATERY WAX. PAIN IS UNBEARABLE

I don't have Tympanum/eardrum in my Left Ear. I have a seasonal but continuous problem of cough, i.e, my hanky is filled with cough most of the times. I have problem of sinusitis, for which I had a surgery 2 years ago. I sufferred from pneumonia in the 1st month of my birth. When I was small kid, I mistakenly put a grain/piece of Wheat in my Left ear. After that, my parents took me to the nursing home nearby, where the doctor tried to remove it using some long pins himself. This resulted in crumbling the eardrum. Now, I feel drops of water/liquid getting dropped inside my left ear, just like water drops come from a water tap. Yes, I feel them getting dropped sometimes, when I am laying on my bed. Apart from that, sometimes, when I bend my head or I am in a position where I have to bend(or bow down to pick up something), few drops of water come out of my Nose suddenly. They are not sticky, but normal, just like water and without any odour or colour.

My son is 3 and a half month old he is on breast milk n formula milk he is suffering from bad cold.. His nose is blocked n running nose.. Please suggest what to do

I am suffering from the ear infection for more than one year may i know only the operation is the only way or any other method to cure my disease (i have a hole in my left eardrum)

I had trvaelled to doha from india. had little cold in the morning. flight ears got clogged but were later fine. after that due to continuous cold my ears have clogged. have taken few tablets for the flu. though no anti biotics and also have put brandy and muatard oil. but still no relief. wat should i do
