Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have this long thing in my throat though not giving me any pain but am always feel like vomiting every moment. soem told me its worm but some said toxilietis (cant get the correct spelling though). Also no type of food or drink, the symptoms is always there. infact i eat pepper alot to escape the vomiting feeling but no way till now.. what can

Hello, I have recently been having on and off ear ringing and it tends to be quite loud. I can't pinpoint exactly what causes it, I have used q-tips and subconsciously use my finger to clean my ear. I am 16 years of age and have had no prior problems with my ears or hearing. Is this a sign of deafness?
